Searching for healthy, flavorful, and gluten-free recipes to remedy the challenges of Celiac Disease, Paul Morris (Founder of Whole Note) went through countless iterations to perfect the flavor and texture of every product - all to the sound of classical music in his kitchen. We developed messaging and branding to communicate the authenticity of Paul’s personal journey in creating the mixes. In addition to using design and language to connect with consumers, it was important to us that the photography was the biggest and tastiest photography in the shelf space.
